I don't think the Rapidshare one works anymore, but the two Filesonic links should be working just fine. If you'd like, I can put the two RAR files into one big file?

I seem to be having trouble with the file folks link; but I think it has mostly to do with my family's router, so I'll try downloading the file from a different location.

I just checked, and the file is definitely still on FileFolks and I am also able to download it. Is it asking you to sign in, or to use a Premium account or anything? And is anyone else having problems? let me know.
