Recently there was a gentleman on a WoW news website who somehow got a hold of these files. He presented them to all of the googly-eyed masses and there was much swooning. However, in the process of putting them up on some random music streaming website he seems to have neglected to enable the mp3 download. Jdownloader seems to be incapable of lifting them in that lovably fast 1-click process. What a shame.
I have un-neglected that mp3 download through what I like to call being a dick.
However.
The files are 64kbps. This is all that there is available. Either that's the format he has of them or that's the format the website downgrades them to. Take it or leave it, this is what sc2's music should have been. I've even included a youtube rip of the main login screen (the actual one, The Shattering, 12 minutes of awesome). I dunno what bitrate it is so I saved it as 320CBR like I always do.

I have no idea how he got them but now I've got them so now you've got them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just don't forget to say thanks on your way out. If more pieces show up I'll consider getting those as well. Credit for rip or buttmastery or whatnot goes to Leviathonlx. I'm just the middleman with his hands deeply nestled in your pockets, feelin' about like nobody's business.
Now, if and when they start adding this music to the beta client (unless they already have and all you other guys are being lazy to rip it considering how easy it is) and you know they've started adding it, feel free to PM me and I'll download and rip it. As always, direct rips of these games produce much more music than the OST's. I'll probably rip the release client at the very least.
I have a feeling this is just a (badly mangled) rip and the music's been in the mpqs all this time, so I might have a look at grabbing the beta client and seeing if it'll update so I can check for myself. No promises, though. I'm a busy man. So many pockets, so little time.
