Hey Neon Link,
You should try to avoid the parts where the characters are talking if you can't (don't know how to) synchronise the mouth movement with the music.

Look at this one (http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x2e1j4_amv-my-dream_creation). It's not perfect either but you will understand what I was trying to explain above.
