Anyone know the name of the ending song to the first part of Rurouni Kenshin OVA 2?

Anyway, my favourite part is *points at signature* the last part of the manga series, that directly after the Kyoto Arch, the great Jinchuu Arch, that has never been animated...

(You know, the part when Kenshin suddenly finds himself face to face with Enishi who announces that he�ll have his revenge now and that Kenshin must... not only die but suffer... as much as possible...!)

It�s just great. Lot of Aoshi now, too. A lot of emotions, drama. Suspense. Better than the post-Kyoto anime crap in any case. How could they screw up an anime like this!?

Yeh, there are a lot of parts in Kenshin that have a short-time villain and the outcome doesn't really have an effect.

I would've liked to have seen the animated series end with Kenshin defeating something from his past, instead of all that stuff with feng-shui.

Kenshin's showdown with Shisio had to be my favorite part of all though. It had so much build up and then led to an awesome final battle. Plus you got to see not just Kenshin, but Sanosuke, Aoshi, and Saito get involved.

OVAs?

The first was was incredibly awesome... the first one is a waste, judging from what I�ve heard... and if I compare Enishi�s OVA Revenge to Enishi�s Manga Revenge... the manga one wins... by far. >_<

I thought both OVA's were good. The second one is just disappointing because there wasn't enough blood. XD Good story, though. Kinda sad.

The first OVA was really good, it really explained and showed Kenshin's past. It showed just how vicious Kenshin used to be, and what made him change.

I'd love to check out the manga, but I'm sure I'd have to special order it, and that it would cost me a good bit. And unfortunately my money is tied up in other stuff.

How about the music? Kenshin really does have some good music. From the intro and ending themes to character themes, they were all really good.

Kyouto... yes... really, I don�t understand your manga publishing houses at all! Kenshin is quite popular in America and still nobody cares about releasing the manga. Maybe you should contact and bother Tokyopo or Viz or whoever you prefer and tell them that they miss a lot of money.... It�s worth it, dammit.

Hmmm... okay, taking Kyouto�s suggestion. The music is actually quite nice, although there�s better music in the world. The songs sung by the characters are great (especially if youread the translation of the lyrics...!)... ;_;

I love Rurouni Kenshin. It's so attactive, and once you're caught, it won't let you go. I especially like the Kyoto Arc. So many diverse characters bring quite a unique story in the reader's hands.

Yes...I agree full-heartedly with what Misao has said. If every anime freak knows about Kenshin, why won't they release the wonderful manga over here?!?!?!?! I feel so dirty getting my Kenshin dosage from fanscanners...

Eh, disappointing for you, maybe. XD I was just happy to add another Kenshin OVA to my collection. I actually liked it.

Yep, from my point of you, it was. Others feel the same, for the same reasons. Others liked the story... well, hm. :)
Maybe it was because when I heard Enishi will show up, I thought they�d make a proper adaption of the last part of the manga, which had been totally ignored by the TV series... but Enishi gets a way better story in the manga... just more... It�s hard without spoilering, sorry, I�m totally incapable of telling exactly what I dislike about the little role one of my all time favourite psychopaths gets to play... :D

Even when the suspense is down they still keep you entertained with comedy. Kenshin does have some funny moments.
