I got the impression from the lack of any punctuation that you are a youngster.

It's always difficult to respond to these kind of problems.

Being a former programmer you'd be amazed at all the problems you can get under the "it wont work" label. If I were to guess I'd say that it is likely to be a firewall problem on a computer that you are not allowed to access file-hosting sites on.
