I'm really needing help with a song/sound from Castlevania Symphony of the Night. I would like to know if someone could give me a link to the song that plays in the Confessional Room located in the Royal Chapel. (This place here below.)
http://home.nakhon.net/pipe/GameAll/CVAll/CVSotN/CVSotNPic/CVSotN_Trick_ConfessionRoom.gif
It's a kind of eerie, unique music; I like it but can't find it anywhere to download. :( Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Also, any link for the OST (not gamerip) of Castlevania Adventure Rebirth & Contra Rebirth OST? Thanks in advance!

Hmmm...I've always wondered about this one too, myself. I've never been able to find it on any of the official soundtracks or gamerips uploaded on this site and the Galbadia Hotel. Not even during my own personal rip of the game's audio (straight from the game disc) was I able to locate and/or extract it. Kinda weird if you ask me. Hopefully someone will be able to find it, somehow.

Just to be sure, I'll go back and check my rip again. But I highly doubt that I overlooked it in the ripping/extracting process.

Here,try this one:

It's called "Complete",but what it really is is a collection of unreleased tracks that weren't included on any OSTs. If it's not there,I don't know.

Many thanks in checking out this thread...I was beginning to lose hope..:(. Nevertheless, thanks for helping me out, and yes hopefully someone will be able to find this song. I'm trying myself to see if I could somehow rip/extract it, but no luck yet. IF I do, I'll be sure to post it for anyone who is interested.:)

The song I was looking for wasn't here, but still many thanks. There were some songs in that "Complete" version I didn't have to my surprise, so it did help me downloading that. :) It at least made up some for me being able to get songs of SOTN I didn't have. Many thanks!

Like I said before, IF I do manage to rip/extract it myself, I be sure to post it for anyone who wants to complete their SOTN music even more. :)

Try in SotN's OST from the collection Box. You can find a DL link in the DL section.

What about the .minipsf format, does there exist more than 2 tracks from the game for that version?

I'm not sure. Reading a Symphony of the Night FAQ on Game FAQs, at least one music track for SotN (the theme that plays in the Librarian's Chamber) is actually a form of midi and not part of SotN's normal audio stream, which might also explain why the Confession Room theme is also impossible to find.

In any event, I managed to rip both those themes into mp3 at 160kbs cbr (my usual set up for mp3 conversions) from the version on Xbox Live Arcade (well, 'rip' isn't an accurate term - I did what is called 'format shifting' by connecting the 360's audio leads into the sound card and recording it through there). Both tracks are only around 2 minutes long.

If you're still looking for this track Tina, leave a post here and I'll email it to you if you'd like (I dislike using sites like Megaupload.

EDIT: I'm sorry for reviving this thread after a month but I was finally in a position to rip this track despite being so long since the thread was first posted.

Sorry I didn't see this thread earlier, I would have tried awhile ago. I haven't played the game (blasphemy!) so I don't know if this is what you're looking for, but here (http://www.megaupload.com/?d=B92G3QTT) are the only two sequenced (think MIDI) tracks on the game.

I've got them both already, alas.
But the music loops smoothly in-game in all areas, so how does the game do it? Just play mp3s or whatever the file format was until a pre-set point, then jump back?

Confessional Room? I was recently playing this game on my emulator. I'll try to have it for you. About 1:30, or more, or less time?

Should be about 2 mins long. It has minor popping sounds. It's also in FLAC, cause I know most users here only want that.

Sorry,Sorry for getting back to this thread after so long, but yes you could still email me the tracks. I very much appreciate the help. Also, thanks for explaining about the Librarian's Chamber music. I hadn't noticed the difference until you explained it and I heard it myself.

Thanks so much for these tracks! I do think the 2nd track comes from either a conversation between Maria & Alucard or Maria & Richter...can rememeber and I'm replaying the game and can't remember...shame on me. :P But that track wasn't included on the original SOTN soundtrack nor the SOTN missing tracks so I'm glad for the link. Very helpful...thank you! :)

THANK YOU!!! Love it! I don't know why, but I love listening to it. I guess it's the eerieness or something, but that is one of my favorite places to go when I play the game. Thank you again.

Okay, I know this a bit off topic of the game, but I've played the original SOTN ps version and now I playing it through the psp Dracula X Chronicles. I've played the Dracula X Chronicles a couple of times and I have the OST, but I noticed that the song the plays in the background when the castle gets destroyed when you defeat Dracula with either Richter or Maria is NOT in the OST. Does anyone think they could get or find that track and post it? I've been trying to, but no luck yet. So sorry for something new, but just pointing it out just in case it wasn't noticed when anyone played the game and/or heard the OST.

Just in case anyone is wondering I found this youtube video that'll help explain what part I'm talking about.

Well, it has been quite a while since I wrote this, but I managed to get a hold of that bgm that plays as the castle crumbles when you defeat Dracula in CV : Dracula X Chronicles. Problem is I don't know if there is a way to remove the sound effects in the music. Well, nevertheless, I post the link to both the video and mp3 format of the song for anyone who is interested in it (and who may want to fix it up and repost it here). Enjoy!
Note: Both are at least 0:33 seconds long so it is a very short piece of music, but I still consider it important to the completion of the soundtrack. (Maybe it's just me...:-/)

Can anyone re-up the audio link, or the lossless one (http://forums.ffshrine.org/f70/castlevania-symphony-night-track-76105/#post1593381) from earlier? Understandably all of the links are dead.
