I'm not sure. Reading a Symphony of the Night FAQ on Game FAQs, at least one music track for SotN (the theme that plays in the Librarian's Chamber) is actually a form of midi and not part of SotN's normal audio stream, which might also explain why the Confession Room theme is also impossible to find.
In any event, I managed to rip both those themes into mp3 at 160kbs cbr (my usual set up for mp3 conversions) from the version on Xbox Live Arcade (well, 'rip' isn't an accurate term - I did what is called 'format shifting' by connecting the 360's audio leads into the sound card and recording it through there). Both tracks are only around 2 minutes long.
If you're still looking for this track Tina, leave a post here and I'll email it to you if you'd like (I dislike using sites like Megaupload.
EDIT: I'm sorry for reviving this thread after a month but I was finally in a position to rip this track despite being so long since the thread was first posted.
Sorry,Sorry for getting back to this thread after so long, but yes you could still email me the tracks. I very much appreciate the help. Also, thanks for explaining about the Librarian's Chamber music. I hadn't noticed the difference until you explained it and I heard it myself.
Sorry I didn't see this thread earlier, I would have tried awhile ago. I haven't played the game (blasphemy!) so I don't know if this is what you're looking for, but here (

Thanks so much for these tracks! I do think the 2nd track comes from either a conversation between Maria & Alucard or Maria & Richter...can rememeber and I'm replaying the game and can't remember...shame on me. :P But that track wasn't included on the original SOTN soundtrack nor the SOTN missing tracks so I'm glad for the link. Very helpful...thank you! :)

Should be about 2 mins long. It has minor popping sounds. It's also in FLAC, cause I know most users here only want that.
THANK YOU!!! Love it! I don't know why, but I love listening to it. I guess it's the eerieness or something, but that is one of my favorite places to go when I play the game. Thank you again.
Okay, I know this a bit off topic of the game, but I've played the original SOTN ps version and now I playing it through the psp Dracula X Chronicles. I've played the Dracula X Chronicles a couple of times and I have the OST, but I noticed that the song the plays in the background when the castle gets destroyed when you defeat Dracula with either Richter or Maria is NOT in the OST. Does anyone think they could get or find that track and post it? I've been trying to, but no luck yet. So sorry for something new, but just pointing it out just in case it wasn't noticed when anyone played the game and/or heard the OST.
Just in case anyone is wondering I found this youtube video that'll help explain what part I'm talking about.
