I think they be looking for this: http://vgmdb.net/album/15029 , but the CD does not have every track used in both games
The gamerips are a better choice since they are complete, but that's just an opinion.

Ah ... You're probably right. At the very least, perhaps the rips can tide them over until they can get that actual release.
