I've noticed that on the far right of the screen where you see how many hits the thread has had, that the numbers haven't really moved on anything for quite a while (even well before the down time last week). The only time they moved is when the thread received a post and then only becomes one more than the post count. And sometimes when I see the count from my Use CP, it'll be 0 even if it has a couple of replies and a view count on the main page. Is this only a problem that I'm seeing or is it common for everyone?

Just a few screen shots to show what I'm seeing.

Download links board

New posts

And the (streaming) Distant Worlds thread is blatantly a false number because my link in there has had over 60 hits already.

well, they're cached and don't update in realtime. as long as they do update eventually nothing's wrong.

I haven't seen them update in well over a month or so. I've noticed that my Gackt thread has been stuck at 1080 for quite a while even after new posts were added.

Not that it's a big deal or anything, it just kinda gives people the wrong impression about the popularity of a thread.

From what I can tell, view counts haven't been updated since around the 26th of March.

Since Chocolate Misu brought this up, I've been hyper-attentive to it. I know Sarah said they should update eventually, but all the threads going back to March 25 still only have one view more than the number of replies, which seems odd. I googled about it, and a few other vBulletin users are having the same problem. Just wondering if this is something we can fix and, if so, whether it seems worth the effort. Of course, this isn't a big problem. But it would be nice to have it back.

I've noticed it happening again in the last hour or so. Hopefully it updates sooner than last time.

Sorry to be a bother, but they don't seem to be updating still.
