I haven't seen any topics about it, so I decided to start one.
The soundtrack is mostly atmospherical and ambient music, but some tracks like the main menu and the acoustic guitar some characters play are pretty neat.

Also, there is a song that plays in the "Launch Trailer" at the official website (http://www.metro2033game.com/us) that I really enjoyed.

If anyone could find the OST and upload it, I'd appreciate it greatly, whether or not it includes that music from the trailer.

Amazing game, by the way. If you like post-apocalyptic games like Fallout or STALKER, try this one out. It's more of a shooter and less of a RPG-shooter hybrid so don't expect much free-roaming and exploring, but it's one hell of a trip.

Thank you.

The launch trailer song is the 28 days later theme.

Oh, interesting...thanks for the info! Nice movie series by the way. I remember watching 28 Weeks Later.

The request for the OST still stands ^^'

I'd accept that if you'd be so kind to upload it for me. =) My original intention was to just get the trailer, main menu and ending themes, and maybe some of the acoustic guitar tracks some characters play here and there but who knows, I might find other tracks interesting.

I am still waiting for a game to be made set in the not too distant future that isn't a nuclear ravaged uninhabitable mutant infested craphole. Now that would be something new eh?

True that. Ever since STALKER and Fallout 3 were released, it became a "fever" among game developers.

You have no idea,dude.

Let it be known that by and at large, gamers and game developers from the former USSR are absolutely fucking in love with the idea of urban decay and postapocalyptic wastelands. =) Considering how much games like Fallout and Gorky-17 are beloved there,it's really not surprising at all that STALKER and Metro 2033 were conceived there. I mean,it's kind of a running joke in the community now that the dream game of any Russian game developer is a Fallout MMORPG. =)

Leon Scott Kennedy - this is that release, I mentioned. You upload it first - take the prize.
