3 CD -146M is VBR?...

more than half of this OST are the old lufia 2 songs! I appreciate the newer ones popping up in there with them but... this can't possibly be all the new music in this game! unless of course they reused the old SNES music haha

For example listen to 'Lexus Research Facility' from the Estopolis 4 CD collection vs this version... the 4CD version is faster and a little bit more happier this one is slightly happier.

*sigh* They did alright with Battle #3 "Battle with the Sinistral" as it is called (which is probably my favorite song of the entire Lufia/Estopolis collection) *wonders if the female Sinistral is cuter in this one, Tia is uglier ;_;*

I don't like some of the new track title names. Like "112 - Gordovan Temple ~Underground" doesn't sound as good as "Universe in a Jar"

The word you're looking for is "rearranged." Nothing wrong with that: I'm glad they updated the old tracks rather than compose something that could have turned out worse. If they're going to completely re-imagine the world, characters, and story, then just tweaking the music is a nice throwback.

Anyway. Anyone know if the Estpolis DS soundtrack has been ripped in a lossless format yet?

I am literally crying right now. Lufia II means so much to me, and when I found that they remade it I was beyond myself in excitement. The remixes sound wonderful!!!
