I've been wondering his for a while now, too. I've been told what reel the music is on, or something like that. Then another person told me it's like what scene and what not. I want a definitive answer as to what these mean. But they're only on complete scores, did you notice?

Dak, those numbers are a reference to scenes and reels I think. They are for production purposes, and are often on recording sessions as track titles. HOWEVER, the term recording sessions is widely mis-used and misunderstood. A lot of folks are now labeling their tracks that way, as a way of making it seem official. I mean when they are in fact things like dvd rips or fan re-edits.

The one link that I KNOW is active is only 38 tracks on one disc. Nowhere near what the above set lists. I have never seen a link for that one, and I do have to wonder if it is official, and not yet leaked, or a fan edition...?

Another possibility is that the 38 track edition is perhaps the same running time, bit the tracks were broken up into the individual cues, as opposed to suites.

Reading the comments on that page, no one has it yet. And, supposedly, going by the list, there are still good bits of music missing.

Correction, I know of two active links, but they are both the same archive, and are only 192k. Scoreweb is the one i can tell you about.

Also, if you looked at the cover of that complete set, you'll see it says The Haunting complete recordings, and such. If you read the comments, the guy who made it says the cover was supposed to be a joke, and does not have and has not seen the actual score.

Does anybody have the song that plays in this clip? Its not on the complete score.
