I love the second one Death's Head, she looks like a mix between X-2 Rikku and Jack Sparrow (for some weird reason he came to mind :p)

As for my favorites I have always tended to have a soft spot for the "underdogs" of the series but I have a few too many favorites, so I would have to say that Terra Branford, Cait Sith, and Balflear (I prefer the Japanese spelling) are my faves :love:

I never understood Cait Sith/Reeve. Well, Reeve I understand. Cait Sith, I don't. In FFVII, he starts out with normal speech that I could easily identify with his character. Then, later on, all of a sudden everything he says is in this southern drawl. What the hell? Then in Dirge of Cerberus, he's got the Scottish accent, whereas Reeve doesn't. Another big WHAT THE HELL? Back in the day, I always thought Cait Sith would just have Reeve's voice, maybe a bit toned down in quality due to it coming through some sort of speaker or something, but he makes no sense to me whatsoever. And his introduction scene in Dirge of Cerberus is also bafflingly nonsensical. "He comes out wearing Reeve". WTF? So now Reeve makes dummies of himself for a dummy of himself to wear? Square, retire now. Do yourself the favor.

Hey now, there's entire 80's movies based on that premise. Well not the eye patch, but the oblivious to boobs until said boobs are shown thing.

2. Cloud Strife-Why.?- The thing is, I always see people bring up his sword.. which has NOTHING to do with him at all.. the thing that I like about him is.. His personality. He's really intresting.. and some how.. he gives me strength, plus, the air, the vibe, and him let off a pure breeze in my opinion. c:
He may of wanted to be a SOLDIER for a rediculous reason.. but now he knows it wasn't worth it.
And he may of been.. as you would say.. "Emo" in AC..? And the center of the screen.. and brought up in too many games..
But that dosen't exactly give anyone a reason to hate/dispise him.
He'll always have haters.. but hey, It's not like they could do Cloud's job any better. c;

Okay, well, what I like about Aerth is.. she always has a positive attitude. She also has something pure going on with her, too.

Squall from Final Fantasy 8, don't know why, was the first Final Fantasy I played and I always called him X-Butt (his normal suit has an X on his butt).

My favorite, it comes down to three:

-Cloud Strife - Cool appearance. Classic legendary sword. Very useful in battle.

-Shadow - Badass appearance and style. He was just cool.

-Kain Highwind - The first real "cool" character of the whole series. Loved that he was a dragoon. The jump ability was pretty useful. I liked his back and forth switching from good to evil thing.

That's going by just playable characters. If it were any character, Golbez would be on that list. Maybe Kefka.

I think my favourite character is Zack. I like how they developed his character throughout Crisis Core. The ending of the game, to me, is also one of the best endings of any game I've ever played. Given that most people who will play Crisis Core already know how it will end, their execution of it is pretty awesome =)

hahah I dunno, I just liked him/her, not in the combat aspect, she was awful, that stupid fork made me rage, but as a character overall I found him/her to be pretty good at his/her task which was of course to give the player a good laugh every now and then, and s/he was soooo random, I know there's tons of people who actually hated Quina. I would to if I considered him/her a serious character, but I consider it just a character to lighten up the story sometimes, and I like him/her that way :P

FF2:Hmmm my actual favorite would probably be firion,the rest of the characters i found pitifully weak in char development.

FF3:I don't know,the crazy guys you meet in that town you shrink to,they probably have more development thant he 4 orphans.

Ultros:I love his character,he is great in the same way gilgamesh is great.
Kefka:great villain! funny really evil and epic boss music and with some really epic dialogue.
Cyan:I love his backstory and identify with him because he values honor highly as i do,i felt sorry for him after he lost is family and was in the world of ruins and was trying to help that girl to give her hope.

FF7:My favorite character is probably:No definitely cid,followed by zack.

My reason for it are pretty clear:zack is a pretty likeable guy and he seems to be a good guy and he and aerith were meant for each other.

Cid:He's a cussing mean sour old man who had a chance to go into space but you hear his anthem and watch as his heart breaks and he becomes bitter and you see yourself where your hopes and dreams fall apart,plus it is funny to watch him cuss.

FF8:Definitely squall
Reason:I like watching him have trouble with relationship and trouble functioning in group because he usually works alone,so things change drastically for him and he's not used to trusting people but he has no choice but to open up and trust people.
He has some serious trust issues.

FF9:

Steiner or:adamant rusty.
Reasons:He's fucking hilarious,i love watching him scream:PRINCESS!! i'm coming to rescue you even though she doesn't want to be rescued and he seems to be rather stupid and incapable of doing the job,and the scene with the love note from beatrix to him was pretty funny.

Beatrix:She is so damm epic cool that when you hear loss of me while you fight you think:DAMM THATS COOL!! and she is so damm tough but also good at the same time.

Cinna:He's ugly and the poor guy knows it and makes no secret of it and even has some pretty funny lines.

FFX:My fav char? hmm cid and maybe wakka.

Reason:I like the story between wakka and rikku.
Wakka distrusts anyone who is albhed and is kind of prejudistic against her and believes all that stuff that maquina is evil and that its the fault of use of it.

Cid:he's tough and flies the ship and reminds me a lot of the cid from ff4,but he's still cool.

FFXIII:

Sazh:He has a little kid and gets mad at vanille and wants to kill her because its her fault his son becomes a le ci and he wants to kill her but finds out he's too much of a coward.I found this interesting scene.

Cid:He was only doing his job and what he thought was right,but in the end he died and he did tell the characters what he could before he died and was still epic.

Gilgamesh in all of his appearances especially in FFV

Beoulve indeed trumps most competition :laugh: He certainly beats Zidane in that regard, who normally would be my choice ("omg, just learned I'm a genome and Kuja's brother, MUST TAKE IT OUT ON FRIENDS!").
