What do you guys think of it compared to ETW's music?

Well, I like it, just like it is was with the Empire TW. However, I like Medieval II TW and Rome TW far, far more. Here is the deal, I know what were they seeking (more historical feeling), but they never god it. The problem for me with both Napoleon TW and Empire TW is that they are not distinct enough. There are only few battle tracks that are remember able but that is it. That is it. I mean I want to listen both Rome TW and Medieval II TW credits tracks more than anything form Napoleon TW and Empire TW together. I think that the composing quality and musical quality dropped heavily from past titles. And the reality is that after Napoleon TW and Empire TW I appreciate Rome TW and Medieval II TW scores even more.

Finally Empire Total War

To be honest, I don't own Empire TW and Napoleon TW, however I do own all the previous titles. I got to upgrade my antic PC instead I simply bought a laptop, so fuck me. Now that said, I'm fully aware that before judging I got to play them first. But even after that fact, I just don't see my opinion changing on them. I'm sure that the score for them will sound better than "off" the game, but not much. The way I feel it, I think that they just did some music for the game and that's it. They removed tension tracks completely and overall it's simply not quite there.
