I know this just came out, but does anybody have the soundtrack for this game.I'd really appreciate it, thanks.

Seconded. I don't even have a Wii and was looking forward to this title just because it's from the same musicians as Sonic Rush 2.

Third'd. The music from the first world alone is fantastic and some of the other ones I've heard in GP videos (such as the asian-themed and underwater stages) are also really good. Can't wait for a rip of the music in this game. Even if it's just one stage at a time, it would be greatly appreciated.

Just had a thought.Did Hidenori Shoji make this soundtrack?I think he's the driving force behind all those great soundtracks(F-Zero GX, Super Monkey Ball 1/2).I think that's why Banana Blitz's soundtrack wasn't that great.

Depends on your perception. I personally think BB had some really good tracks.

I wasn't saying it was awful, just not on the same level as the others.

I've heard the composer is not who did Banana Blitz, but whoever did Sonic Rush 2 (a soundtrack I love).

Someone has all the level tracks on youtube, but the some of the songs are pretty choppy because he obviously forged them together from multiple recordings or whatever. Anyway, it's not super-amazing, but if you want to hear the songs just look up "Super Monkey Ball Step and Roll Music."

How unfortunate, I always believed that Hideki Naganuma did EXCELLENT with the Banana Blitz soundtrack. It makes me wonder how people could NOT like the effort that was done for that game, seriously. I don't recomend dissing the soundtrack for this game too much......

I can garuntee you that the BB soundtrack was most definitely on the same level as the other games, if not a little better in some aspects. As someone else has said though, it depends on the perception of the listener. I'm not even going to pass off how I feel about BB as fact.......and I hope that you do not do the same.

Alright, I managed to edit hegotaspare's Youtube sample of World 7 so there are no longer any skips (at least to my ears).

Siliconia _No Bonus_.mp3 - 4.38MB (http://www.zshare.net/audio/72815137cb6592cb/)

I don't know if I can do any others though, because some of the songs he has up now have too little space in-between clips instead of too much, as in I can't just cut out the empty space...

CAn you convert them to MP3 regardless? I can do the editing if you can do that. I have some really good editing recources.

Also, I fixed up the first thirty or so seconds of Siliconia a bit and edited my old post to have it instead of this morning's. It's just a little smoother.

Hey, the guy who put up the vids just sent me the choppy versions to Worlds 2 and 6, so I have those covered unless you were really set on doing them. He's also probably going to send the rest at some point, but if you could focus on 3, 4, and/or 5 at least for now so we don't both end up doing the same ones, it would save effort. If you've already done 2 or 6, just let me know. : P

I'm sure it's possible. I just have to HEAR the problem that is apparent, then I can take care of it based on what I hear.

Super Monkey Ball Step _ Roll Levels 1-7 Music.zip - 58.27MB (http://www.zshare.net/download/72892836a0cea38f/)

Soundreaper - no worries! If you feel up to it you could try tackling the clipping in Chimpan Sea and/or Polar Festival. (Can you? I don't know if that's possible.) But don't feel obligated.

After actually listening to them, I see what the problem is with them. It seems that whoever ripped the music did not check for this error. It actually skips small tibits of the music, resulting in awkward moments when trying to listen to it. You will have to talk to the original game ripper to see if he can develop a solution to this. If however, the music is presented like this in RAW (original, unconverted) form, then it might be a problem with whatever is being used to read the files.

It could be a number of problems, but I can only deal with the issue if the entire audio data is there, but some of it is not.

Working on a somewhat abbreviated version of Chimpan Sea (it'll probably clock in a little under five minutes, but that's just a guess). This one of course will take care of the clipping and most of the skipping the previous one I gave out had. It's not going to be perfect, but I'm doing my best to keep the hiccups at a minimum. I'll let you guys know when it's done.

I actually ended up taking out a lot less than I thought, so it's nearly the same the length. Like I said, it's not perfect. I ended up having to use data from Mogman's clips, the credits theme, and hegotaspare's video, too. I hope you guys like it!
