I purchased this on iTunes this morning, and I intend to purchase a physical copy as well (hopefully a signed edition when they're made available). Amazing score. Absolutely amazing. I suggest purchasing it if you enjoy it, it's really worth having in the CD collection. :)

The Dark Void Zero score is supposed to be hitting iTunes today as well, but it has yet to turn up. Still waiting patiently for it.

Thanks mate. I wanted to give this a full listen through before deciding if I like it. Some of the samples online were WAY too much drums for me so i want to see how it is as a whole.

Dark Void is very percussion heavy. It's probably McCreary's most percussion heavy work. I think that's why I like it so much.

Bear certainly deserves the support. I purchased it on iTunes and hope to get the physical disc as well (signed, if I'm lucky). Now I just wish iTunes would get on the ball and put up the score for Dark Void Zero. Bear said on his blog that it was an iTunes exclusive, but it hasn't come up yet.

iTunes is dragging their feet on the Dark Void Zero album, but Sumthing Else (the record label for Dark Void) has put it up for download. I don't suppose anyone has snagged it yet and would be willing to share it?

I still plan on buying it, but I'm getting tired of waiting for iTunes to upload it.

Either this or The Wolfman. But honestly, we have gotten a huge amount of stellar scores this month. Dante's Inferno, Bioshock 2, Halo Legends... all five of these scores are just awesome! Last month we barely got anything worthwhile, but now we have five? It's staggering.

Speaking of Bear's work, I heard that French Blu-Rays of the BSG Seasons and movies have their soundtracks as an exclusive bonus. Would anyone be willing to rip it from the Blu-Ray and post them on here? (If there are any new tracks that are different from Bear's soundtracks).

They made a DSiware spinoff that has 8-bit music written by McCreary.

Oh god so there is more crap 8bit music than the one track on the CD?

The 8 bit track on the main album was written as an April Fools joke, but that joke ended up spawning the WiiWare game.

There's a 9 track OST for Dark Void Zero. It was supposed to turn up on iTunes on the same night as the Dark Void OST, for $1.99. Hasn't shown up yet, though. The only place I can find it for sale as yet is on the record label's website (https://www.sumthingdigital.com/AlbumDetails.aspx?albumid=4596).

I quite like the samples McCreary posted up on his blog. Takes me back to my Mega Man II loving days. I've just been sitting on my hands waiting for it to turn up in iTunes, as I've already added the credit to my account.

And don't forget for video game enthusiasts that peace walker's soundtrack comes out on 3/17/2010. But back on topic this soundtrack was legendary nothing less than expected from Bear.

I would like to ask if anyone has the Darl Void Zero soundtrack and could upload it? It was mentioned in this thread, but doesn't seem to have been uploaded. I bought the Dark Void CD, which is what's uploaded here, but Dark Void Zero is an EP with 9 tracks that seems to be different from this score and that's not on ffshrine yet (and not available on CD). So if anyone should have it and could upload it: Any help would be appreciated.
