I hope no one else had posted this already. I know that the two OST of B'T X are available in GH already, but I will include those two for those who want to download them in a single file and also because I've found some interesting facts about them.

While they are indeed the OSTs of the series, you should know that they are "bootlegs", that is, they are not the Japanese OSTs produced by PolyGram or Columbia. They appear to have been produced by a Taiwanese company called SM Records. The main difference is that the SM Records' versions include the melodies that were originally sold as singles, the opening, ending and insert themes. Other than that, the content is the same. And considering how hard it is to get those singles, they are actually better versions than the originals.

And, after some research, I've finally have the correct information for the Japanese releases. I won't include much information about the Taiwanese release because I don't know if they are bootlegs or not and it's quite difficult for me to navigate in Chinese websites. The series is more popular in Taiwan than I expected.

It took me some time to distinguish the differences between the releases, which are evident in the Neo OST. There is a chance that in OST 1 and 2 I might've made some mistake in the romanization because I was using existing material instead of doing the romanization myself and I did them before spotting the changes between some characters in the Taiwanese and Japanese tracklists used by the people that originally romanized them. It was quite difficult to find the information of the image song disc because it was not released in Japan and the information was written in Japanese and Chinese with mixed characters.

Remember, the files are rips from the Taiwanese version, not the Japanese. Take that into account if you decide to rename and tag the files according the song lists that I'm adding. Also, I've ignored the Taiwanese name of the songs in favor of the Japanese one because that makes easier to distinguish the differences.

Here they are:

I will also include the so called "Image Song" collection, a Taiwanese-only release. It appears to be a collection of character theme songs. Don't know exactly but here it is. In Japan, each one of the songs had its own single CD. They were later compiled in an album called B't X Best by PolyGram (1997-01-25, POCX-1063) released only in Japan as far as I know. That album includes 7 more theme songs, but doesn't includes the Taiwanese opening theme of B't Neo, High Pressure by T.M.Revolution.

For those looking for the final theme of the series, "Hitomi wa Ikusen no Mado" (瞳は幾千の窓), that melody is available in the B'T X Neo OST. It's the 14th theme.

If someone else has the other Japanese CDs, please share them. There are a total of 11 Japanese CDs, 3 of them are the OSTs, 4 are singles, 3 are maxi-singles and 1 is a compilation album.

Booyah. B'T X had some great music by Akira Senju, despite being a piece of shit anime. Neo's music wasn't so great, but it's nice that you uploaded it. Thanks for sharing.

I agree with you, morrigan666, I enjoy more the B't X Neo OST than the ones from the TV series. And shireishou, you are correct, "Hitomi wa Ikusen no Mado" is the 10th song in the original Japanese CD. These rips, however, are from the Taiwanese release, that's why the order is different.

I have updated the main topic to add the track lists of the Japanese and Taiwanese releases and differences between versions so that anyone interested can tag the songs properly.

I think the soundtrack from series misses something. It's Like I cant get into the mood no matter how many times i heard it.
the ost for neo imediately keeps me up to do stuff like dancing and dont let me be quiet :P

there are a lot of great tracks in x's ost. as well as in neo, ill say half and half.
but to be honest, the anime is ... average at best. after the awesomeness of saint seiya, we get treated to a lighthearted mecha anime?

B'T X is the best anime for me. Even more than Saint Seiya (U can see I even use it as my nik name) lol. Maybe it appear in my country in right time.

Hitomi ha ikusen no Mado is the best song for me. But Shinjun no Sugosa also amazing

Oh.. thx jfgslo. So this is taiwanese release ^^ Thx for the info. I must download again. I have the track in different CD ^^ Ah.. I miss my B'T X VCD ><;
Btw can I put theinformation (not the link) aboiut the spundtrack at my B't X fanpage? It still underconstrucrion. I'll put Ur name and this thread as credit

I really enjoying the character song. I never thought my favorite song (that always become my Mobile ring tone for last 6 years) has lyrics. lol (Hikari wo sagashite & Itsuka kii ta Kaze no Uta)

One of the things I enjoyed more about B't X over Saint Seiya is that the anime creators respected the original work and didn't invent whole arcs to fill the series like with Saint Seiya. The other thing is the ending of the series, which is different from the B't X manga but respects the spirit of the original work (at the time of the OVA releases, the manga hadn't finished yet) and the way in which they used "Hitomi wa Ikusen no Mado" for dramatic effect was magnificent. I would even say that the anime has a more dramatic ending than the manga.

Btw can I put theinformation (not the link) aboiut the spundtrack at my B't X fanpage? It still underconstrucrion. I'll put Ur name and this thread as credit
Sure. I wouldn't put that info here if I didn't want it to be used. You don't need to credit me. And I don't mind if you also use the links. All I post is meant to be shared.

I really enjoying the character song. I never thought my favorite song (that always become my Mobile ring tone for last 6 years) has lyrics. lol (Hikari wo sagashite & Itsuka kii ta Kaze no Uta)
Not only are they sung, they are sung by the original voice actors of each character.

Ah yes. The hitomi wa ikusen no mado really suitable with the ending.
the only thing that I regret about it is I cant see Hokuto battle lke in manga (I love him so much)

Ok then. Maybe I will upload at Indonesian server to make it easy to download for my friends (We will cosplay B't X whole team next year and really need the OST for Masquarede). Thank you sooooo much ^^

Yes. I can recognize Nozomu Saski at the first time I hear his voice. he is my favorite seiyuu. But I dont think he can sing well. ><; But my favorite still Atsuo Yuya's voice. ^^ Her voice is amazing.

My fave BGM in B't x is "Wana e no michi" that the best BGM for me ^^

Thank you very much to upload this, I have been looking this ost for 2 years specially to listen hitomi ha ikusen no mado, a beautiful song. Btx is a good anime but the manga is much better, when I finish to read the manga I said "wow, its a good and happy ending but... well it has sad parts but at the end I enjoyed it very much" if you have the opportunity to read the manga you are going to enjoy this as much as the anime, it worth, if you go to mexico you can buy the spanish edition, is very good and cheap and is complete.

i posted back when this thread was new, and now that i finished porting the series to my psp and watched it again, i gotta say i was dying to get the OST of neo JUST to listen to that song at the end.
its a real shame that the emotional final screen (which i have wallpapered and im looking for a talented person to high res it) was ruined by the sudden inclusion of the ending theme. it took the magic out of it.

this, along with saint seiya, is one of my all time favorite series, despite how bland and boring it is at times. and the opening of neo is my second favorite opening ever. its baffling though, that the intro contains more explosions (i love explosions) than the entire series

its also sad that the songs dont have a karaoke version, a piece of the sun would be bitchin in karaoke.

I must watch it, and sincerely I don't know why I havent, being a Saint Seiya fan. I dunno, I know many details about it and read the first chapter of the manga... hell, the series was broadcasted in my country and STILL I haven't seen a single episode. Maybe is something to do that deep down I know Kurumada is a one pony trick: besides Saint Seiya, I've tried to watch Ring ni Kakero and read Silent Knight Sho and found none appealing.

Here is an MP3 (128kbps, CBR) version of B't X Best, which AFMG shared a couple of years ago in FLAC format.

B'T X Best
DOWNLOAD (http://www.mediafire.com/download/g4urn8tql8z2q3d/[BOOTLEG]B't_X_BEST.7z)

The biggest change is that, since I encoded it, I decided to also add the complete information that AFMG had requested in the past.

This is the Taiwanese version (Ever Anime International Records, catalog no. AnG-179) of Japan's PolyGram equally named album (catalog no. POCX-1063). Although I will call it a bootleg because it's not the original Japanese album, it seems that, contrary to the SM Records' albums, this is a licensed album for the Taiwanese market. I've checked the contents and I can confirm that the tracks are the same and are in the same order as the Japanese release.
Tracklist:

1. X Fukkatsu! (エックス復活!, X resurrection!). From B't X OST 1 [Track 1 in OST1]
Composition: Akira Senju

Vocals: Megumi Ogata / Composition: Akira Senju
9. Chourou no Ki (長老の樹, Elder tree). From B't X OST 1 [Track 3 in OST1]
Composition: Akira Senju
10. Itsuka Kiita Kaze no Uta (いつか聞いた風の歌, Song of the wind I heard sometime) [Aramis image song]. From Itsuka Kiita Kaze no Uta Character Album [Track 4 in Image Song]

All MP3 files are properly tagged, with Roumaji song titles. You can easily edit them in Japanese or English with the tracklist above. Also, with the tracklist above, you can check if you want to download the album, as all songs were already shared in the first post of the topic within the first two Taiwanese OSTs and the Taiwanese Image Song album. The CUE and WAV are unchanged from the source where I got them. Some might have problems playing the CUE due to the Chinese characters it has, so edit it if that happens. The MP3 is my enconde, so it's properly tagged and in Roumaji. The MP3 includes three JPG scans.

This is the original Japanese release of the single, Kurumada Masami Yonbu Saku: Hikari to Kaze no Rondo 3 (車田正美四部作『光と風の輪舞』3), Karen (華蓮) image song single, catalog no. PODX-1015 released by PolyGram on 1996-09-26. The only extra that's not included in other albums is the karaoke version of Hikari o Sagashite.

Tracklist:
1. Hikari o Sagashite (光を探して, Looking for light) [Karen image song].
Vocals: Megumi Ogata / Composition: Akira Senju
2. Hikari o Sagashite (Original Karaoke)

Could anyone please help me with the Mediafire download? I don't understand why there's no file that can be clicked on at the Mediafire page itself. I'm confused.

It seems the link is out of date, so the file(s) are not there anymore.

Unless some kind soul can re-up them...
