They fixed that in the movie. And even in Japanese standards, they were still bigger than average lol. But because me and you are different, I love boobs of all shapes and sizes...unless they're just gross looking. Ugh.

Also, I'm sure that they model women for the game from the women around them and most Japanese women are thin.

Hmm.. about their shapes; I was thinking that Lightning would be a lot more muscular than what she is right now. The other girls I can accept for their shapes. Vanille should be thin, Serah is dangerously tiny (like holy shit Snow!), and Fang is okay thin but she could definitely be a little more muscular as well.

Yes I am sure that girls playing this video game are using the women portrayed in it as a realistic view on how they should look. Hope's mother in the beginning of FF13, looked like an ordinary woman. Cid's wife Shera was a normal woman. Who are these girls comparing themselves to? Your main characters? Who are trained fighters?

The fact that they don't have muscles (something female soldiers develop) isn't a big enough deal that a female playing this game is going to get insecure about. Yuna, Riku, Garnet, Quistis, Selphie, Eiko, Ashe (and she was HOT), Lightning, Fang aren't really all that boobalicious. Lulu was boobalicious and she could barely move if I remember. She had a doll beat shit up for her.

Anyhow, being toned doesn't necessarily make you skinny. Tifa (forget boobs here) is toned and isn't a skinny little nothing. Whereas Terra is painfully thin (and I'm quite sure she doesn't spend hours on end training in a dojo).

One could be toned but have a broad frame, also not all females have tiny waists, so they could also have a sporty figure. Not necessarily the ideal figure but quite nice if you know what I mean. Skinny as a stick isn't appealing, neither are fat blobs (puke) but a toned body with a muscular build is perfect.

However not many of the FF girls have this. Lightning is a wee bit too thin to be called muscular, Selfie is the same, as for Rinoa I wouldn't say she has that much muscle at all (she is what one would call a Skinny Fat). The rest are either too thin or not muscular with a few exceptions (Tifa is alright, Aerith is fine and Yuna is so-so.)

There can be a few skinny females but they should have diversity. Not in the sense of skinny or fat but more in the body structures. Broad shouldred, petit, sporty, prepy, etc.
