I need the song for tifas limit break item...final heaven.

i used my mates guide (which has the notes ..fa la do re mi ..so on..so on and also the buttons...)

but i still cant get her to read the sheet music and then find the item.

can anyone help me please...or is there a certain way it needs to be played.. i cant imagine there is, i dont think the psx could detect how fast it is played or in time etc???

well i thikn u have to be on a certain disk also...its quite easy

Errrrrrm, well, if yer not on Disk 2, then that's a problem right there. The PSX DOES time it so you need to be fast with it. It pays to save yer game beforehand unless ya get Tifa's 1 gil instead (in which case her limit is impossible to get so beware) You should get a letter if it's done successfully and then the limit.

BTW- Tifa MUST be in your party when you play the piano or it won't work.

Dont forget to play the piano in Clouds flashback in calm on disk 1. This way you can get it anytime you want (I think).

<font color=red face="comic sans ms">No, even if you play it in the Kalm flashback you won't be able to do it on disc 1 even if Tifa is in your party, I've tried many times. ;) From halfway through disc 2 onwards is the right time, as has been mentioned.

I've also heard that if you go to Nibelheim for the short period on disc 2 where Tifa is your main character (before she goes to Mideel to be with Cloud) and play the melody then you will get an Elemental materia from the piano, but I've never tried this myself. Anyone know if this is true?

Aaaaa,yeah,if you get the one gil savings, that's the right tune,right it down and go back later and play it, even if you mess up,you don't have only one chance,so don't worry about it ,and.........Tifa's pretty cool....yeah that's it.....

no. are you kidding...i cant remember if i got her 1gil saving.....why would that affect the limit item.... i thought she finds it in the sheet music, like wrapped up in it or something???

also....can you not do it on disc 3???

Whoa, I think you misunderstood me, if you get the one gil,it dosen't matter, it does not affect you at all.and if you did get it, that means you played the right tune,now you just have to play it after a certain time...

I got it on disc 3 just took me half an hour of repeated song playing(I know I have no life)

yeah...the first time i played it i got my "musical" friend to work it out...he also showed me the beginning credit music on piano....cool

but i got the guide to help with chocobo breeding and extras etc
