Can someone re-up the Area BGMs? For great disapointment, the OST and the link with the ripped musics, both don't have area bgms. :S
P.S.: OK, since no one answer to my request yet, I set myself in a quest to be able to open the "file.fpb" of the game and rip the musics myself.
So far, I've discovered that the music files are RIFF files (AT3 for short, In this case, specifically ATRAC3plus).
I'm was able to extract some samples of the file using a HEX editor, and convert some. The 4 samples, 2 where converted successfully using some tools I found arond the web. Both 4 samples where sound effects of the game. The other 2 didn't work because the prog says it has some incorrect sample rate. At any way, I'm setting myself to fin at least one music track to convert and have a more solid proof of concept of this hard search...
Anyways, my problem now is: I need some HEX editing tool that i can automate or create a BATCH of some sort to make it possible the editor search the hole file for the specific entry, and split the main "file.fpb" in various RIFF files.
The command would be something like this:
-> Search for RIFF ASCI.
-> When found, start copying until finding another RIFF.
-> Copy that info into another file, and do the same thing beginning in the last found RIFF.
If I was able to do this in auto mode, it would be half of the job done.
I know, a lot of garbage data would come along, but one of the things I've found is that: ATRAC3plus files only have a header, not a concrete ending, so, even with all the garbage, if the header is correct, it would convert, and after convertion, the garbage DATA (in wav format) could be easily deleted and the music files re-arranged.
So... Any suggestions? XD
Thanks.

UPDATE:
Ok, so I managed to extract all the AT3 files from the main file.fpb and convert them all to wav. In the end, it was simple. Used the Extractor 2.5 from nova software (freeware) and the proggy extracted all the RIFF wave files. But unfortunatelly... Not a single BGM file...
It extracted LOTS of SFX sounds, some music files (like events, main music, etc), but no sign of the BGM stage music files... I guess they're in some other format type... Not AT3 RIFF header... So, my hands are tied up.... Anyways, I'll post the SFX sounds in this thread soon enough for anyone interested.... :S
Still waiting for someone to please re-up the BGM files. Thank you.

UPDATE 2:
Well.... Turns out.... I just found out that the stage BGMs of both PSPo1 and PSPo2 are in MIDI format... The PSP itself renders the MIDI in that high-quality tone that we ear when we play the game.... I would never had though that THAT is midi :S.... Well... I guess that's that... I'll post the MIDIs here also with the SFX for anyone that wants it... Cheers.
Here are the BGM in MIDI format for download AND the Sound effects of the game in WAV format.
