Just wondering if anyone here has heard of the show Medabots and what their opinions on it are. I saw the first ep this morning and htought it was pretty cool.

Well, I'll say that it's funny.....in a goofy way.

Yeah, just wondering if anyone saw it and what their impressions were. It's kinda cool, made me excited in the first episode :D Anyways, I'm sure I'll learn more next saturday ^_^

I've actually seen quute abit of it, i've seen so far the whole of the first series.
Its not that crap, like Pokemon, becuase even though it may seem quite goofy, it can be quite serious.

I think its utter crap and is another pokemon clone with robots instead of pokemon.

Kayin, did we ask for your opinion XD Seriously tho, it is a kid's anime, so the automatic conclusion is that it's shite, but it can be ok. I think the special moves thing is wearing thin on me tho :notgood:

This is a little off topic, but speaking of shows that Fox knocked off and replaced, the first that comes to mind is Escaflowne,surprising but true,Escflowne graced Fox's ever pathetic line-up for a few short weeks and was replaced by their own evil incarnation called Nascar Racers.......utterly disgusting.....

I like it, at least its one of the better Pokemon clone shows.

I'll submit to Kayin's opinion, it's shite and always will be :D It's getting repititious like Pokemon and todays episode has sealed it's own doom. It is less than a kid's show, it is a toddler's show, and a poor one at that!

Medabots is pretty kewl. The robattles are nice. Bit weird though how that judge comes out of weird places to start Icky's battles.

Perhaps he's a child molester? Just waiting for his time to go for it? j/k

I like Medabots, mainly because it's the only thing to watch in the morning before school, and guess cause it's after Beyblades which is stupid.

But what I don't like is that almost every new anime coming out is having a tournament style storyline, and it gets old.

Personally,I really don't like the show.I think the plot of it is cool but...They have a neat Medabots website(you'd never guess it was http://www.medabots.com )where first you sign up.Then using the money you are given,by parts in the shop there and actually Robattle in 3D!It's fricken awsome!It sucks though,if you don't have enough money to buy the two arms,pair of legs,head and medal,you have to play gay games(like a HARD,CHEATING version of Pong)that only give you like 2 Rodo(their gay named currency on the site).But once you get at all,it's fun.The only bad thing about the site is,Summiladon is the only one allowed to use Metaforce alloy ...thats ok though...If you want a fricken kick @$$ bot,get Medabee's head(does Seeker Misssiles which take off half of the opponents life!!!!),warbandits left arm(does quad shot,best gun in the game),Summiladons right(does shadow blade,does good damage and absorbs the Medaforce Alloy attacks!),and well,any nice pair of legs(I personally have Summiladons..).Well thats about it...I hope that someone out there might have fun...:)

I've watched it accidently and thought it was major crap. There's really no story at all, it's way too messy o.o and kids will get the urges out of it to do some damage.

its a funny show with no themes and no strings attached....

its okay to watch, but id rather Evangelion or Zoids anyday, (GF is really gay now....)

i heard of it like a year ago, but i don't like, its kinda trying to be like pokemon, you know the owner sending out something to fight, i don't have nothing bad to say about it, i just don't find it interesting,like the feller loses to someone and later comes back and beats him :o , i prefer dbz

Hmm... the way I see it, it's...mediocre.
I mean I got to say it's better than Pokemon, (I got a little sis who watches it, thank God the craze is fading) I liked the Phantom Renegade he's such an idiot. Now that I've seen every single episode I don't see much point in liking it anymore.
