combat king 1 - d district prison
combat king 2 - Beat Fujin and Rajin in Balamb Town
combat king 3 - Balamb Hotel (the girl)
combat king 4 - Esthar Soldier ,talk to him a few times
combat king 5 - Lunatic Pandora

or if you have GF tonbarry learn an ability so the owner of the esthar book store will sell you the combat kings

<font color=red face="comic sans ms">The ability learnt by GF Tonberry is called Familiar. I think you need to learn either Haggle or Sell-High first, although I'm not certain. I think you can by Combat King 001-004 normally from that shop anyway, but to get 005 you will need to have Familiar. :)
