Like the title says I'm referring to the new one released in October 2009.

The vgmdb links you gave said that those albums are reprints, meaning they are exactly the same as the ones released in 2000 (for suites I and II) and 1996 (suite III.) They are the same recording and have not been remastered, unless you have additional information that says they have been.
