It's quiet entertaining and the massively exaggerated battle and death scenes are fun to watch
the only thing I don't like is the character cast (like the siesta sisters)

Well, if you think of it as a trainwreck... then yes. It IS entertaining.

I was very very pleased with this soundtrack. ..But I hope they release another one. There we're quite a handful of tracks that did not make it on here. Or there were tracks that were mixed differently on this one to how they were played in the episodes.

It's funny that most of the good tracks on this OST have only been used in the previews, but not in the actual show...(which was a terrible adaption anyway, way too rushed)

I sort of like the show too. At least it's better than some other crap I've seen. I just wish the game between Battler and Beatrice made more sense. In addition, once Beatrice and Battler actually start playing the game, there's no longer any mystery involved in the show; that was the main selling point for me for Higurashi (after Kenji Kawai's music).

I also hate Maria and that frigging noise she makes. I sure do like watching that bitch die. In fact, most of the female characters are too cutesy-poo. I'd like to see them crammed into a meat thresher. Nevertheless, 18 episodes and I'm still watching.

Only 18 episodes? Well, some people start liking Maria around 22 or so when you get to see just how much of a bitch Rosa can be. Yes, it gets worse.

Anyways, since Umineko's anime was my introduction to the world, I can give a "pure" look. I love the show, regardless of me always going "0_o Too much!" in terms of violence. =p Anyways, I share your love for Maria! Her voice always made me go "Learn the fine art of shut the fluff up!" xD

And finally, thanks for the OST! Love the music when it gets dramatic! =D

I wonder what the Nostalgia Critic would think of the anime for April Fools? He'd probably steal Beatrice's kills, and then she (voiced by the Nostalgia Chick) would call him to bitch about it. I also predict Agatha Christie references and a CSI opening.

I wonder if some of the songs that were in the visual novel are remixes in here. Well, let's find out (hmm, I'm kinda used to the visual novel's music, imo answer sounds so much better from the visual novel's music). But it feels like there are new music as well, so I sankyuu for this.
