Like the title said, I have high hopes for this game. I'm even considering getting the RENEGADE edition (I'm not sure WHY, it just seems to be calling to me).

The one thing that I want to see someone do with this gmae is yes, the turntable will work as a 360 controller on PC, but I want to see someone make it a working digital table. I think it's possible.

Either way, I think I'm going to have to break down and pick it up (even though I'm getting so sick of Activision and rhythm games).

Might be cool to include it in GH or RB with bands like 311, Cyprus Hill, Limp Bizkit, Motograter, Incubus - among others.

Otherwise I'll hold off for Kazoo Hero

I'm playing DJ hero, and it has not given me the achievements for 5 Star a song on Hard and the 720 Backspin.. i have accomplished both of these, but the achievement was not given. Anyone else having this problem, or with any other achievements??

I am really torn between these two upcoming DJ games. On one hand, Activision has a lot of experience making the successful Guitar Hero franchise, and you just know the song list for DJ hero is going to be immense. But on the other hand, many people are saying that because of its controller, Scratch will be better.

What do you guys think? Go with the underdog, or the established franchise?

But am not a big fan of rap or Hip-Hop so I was wondering if anyone had the Song list so I can see If it Hip-hop based or if it's evenly spear out between that and Electronical.

Thanks

Hello all, thank you for coming to my topic..

I heard about this special edition of DJ Hero coming out for both Eminem and Jay-Z.

Does anyone know any more info? Like the release date and any confirmed tracks?

Thank yo

Looks promising. The article says it's teaming up with Nuart, so my guess is that it will have a simulated DJ rigg that comes with game.

Well, I've been DJing as a hobby for about a year now...and I wasn't sure what to think about DJ Hero when I heard about it. After hearing some of the mixes, I was starting to get interested. Daft Punk in game, very interested.

I recently had the chance to play (and actually take home the demo), and I pre-ordered it. The biggest thing selling on the game is the soundtrack, and DJ collabs that are going into this game to make it great...The other thing is having a second turntable and not having to buy another full kit...

I made the thread to tell why I'm looking forward to it, and I wanted to see if there was anyone else looking forward to it as well...

The other thing I wanted to ask was...are there any other DJs out there that are picking up DJ Hero as well?

Do you want DJ Hero?
Yes! It sounds really cool! 13% [7]

No, I'm not interested. 43% [23]

Yes, but when the price goes down. 13% [7]

Maybe, I haven't decided yet. 9% [5]

When will the music games stop?! 21% [11]

I cant fathom why somone would put one turntable on the peripheral of a game that is all about mixing 2 records! Does it look to big and clunky? Make the game to hard? There is no excuse for this. I would be pre-ordering the game this very moment if it did.

It has many genres in it. No heavy Metal that I' m aware of but rock, rap, pop, and electronica. As for a song list, I'd suggest google, or the DJ Hero thread in the download links part of the forum.

--Edit: Oh fuck I've been had! Bot scum! Electronical should have been a hint.

Bro, I merged all you threads. We only need one for DJ Hero. Don't make any more. Just keep posting here, preferably only after someone has replied.

Already been reported, either way.
