Posts from the other, individual threads:

I'm considering starting a new file on the original to celebrate. Hotel Dusk is one of my all time favourite DS games. The music, gameplay, atmosphere, narrative...all of it is done extremely well, and I greatly look forward to walking in Hyde's shoes once more.

Looks like he's lost a bit of weight in the year since the last game as well.

Hm, I wonder if Last Window is the novel Martin Summer promised he would write about Kyle at the end of Hotel Dusk.

There are so many things to ponder such as...

the story of hard-luck NYPD detective Kyle Hyde as he investigates a homicide in 1980's Los Angeles.

Does this mean Kyle is once again a police officer but this time in LA?

Where does Mila fit into the story?

Is Kyle still searching for Bradley and if he is, will we get to meet him in this installment?

Are Rachel and Kyle now together?

I'm still pissed about the Trace Memory sequel never getting here. I also figured that Again never surfaced, but I'm glad to see it's still kicking :D

Yeah, I'm still a bit worried about Again since I haven't seen it on NP's game forecast lately, but what I've seen from other sites is that the US release date is March 2010 so I'm going to keep my fingers crossed.

And I totally agree with you on Trace Memory: R. It was another game that made me excited to one day get a Wii.

I'm curious as to who else beside myself and Neg have played either Trace Memory or Hotel Dusk: Room 215.

I have, but while I enjoyed them both, I don't find them very worthy of discussion. Hence my lack of participation in threads about them.

I'm not quite in love with the game, but have played Trace Memory. Good use of DS functionality iirc.

Found some footage (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZTt7Qh-G6Uc) of the new Last Window: Midnight Promise. Apparently it's cut short because it's merely a piece from the end of this (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_0seNknYoIc&feature=video_response) vid.

Oh man, thanks for sharing that, avilslare. Would it be cool if I reposted it somewhere?

also: I've played Trace Memory and Hotel Dusk. I am not sure about Hotel Dusk, but I know a ton of people here have played Trace Memory.

Well, still getting Again soon. It came out on March 30th. Should be arriving in the mail any day now.

I'll be pissed if Last Window: Midnight Promise doesn't make it over here.

Says copyrights for it were filed in Europe. DS is region free. Fingers crossed, we can import.

Gamespot's review (http://www.gamespot.com/ds/puzzle/againfbichoushinrishousakan/review.html) for Again

Let's just say they didn't like it very much.

I'll admit the game isn't great but it is a nice change of pace from some detective/adventure type games. The story is its strong suit.
