The 3DO port of the game takes its music from the FM-Towns version which has redbook audio. So, you're better off looking for that version as 3DO music is hard to rip.

Alternatively, you could also get the same music from the Playstation 2 version of the Street Fighter Anniversary Collection game. Coincidentally, that particular Street Fighter game's music is usually mislabeled as the 3DO version on YouTube; it's the Playstation 2 version.
