Thank you for your rips, nice to see game scores that were not available before.

Two questions, though.
They seem to have no track titles. Do you know the games well enough to be able to identify them? I can add track titles if I've got their names.
Second, both discs start with track two. Is track one missing, or is that just the way you numbered them?

Thanks again,
JonC

Track 1 is the data file used to run the music in the game. Also yeah, it's been awhile since I've played Dark Forces 2 to really be able to write up a full track list. Sorry if that seems sloppy.

Thank you for your rapid reply.
If you can, if you know the tracks names for any of your rips, you might want to include them on either the thread or the actual files.
Just a suggestion.
Thank you again,
JonC

Well I try to when I can find them. Like my copy of Shadows of the Empire has all the proper track names, so I included them in the rip.

Thank you. I hadn't gotten to that one yet.
I guess if there is anyone out there downloading these who is familiar with the games, there would be nothing wrong with asking for volunteers to post a list if they can figure it out.
I look forward to listening to your work.

Thank you very much. I've loved this game, and the score is phenomenal.

I remember a list of Music Credits is printed on one of the final pages of the Jedi Knight game manual, but I think it's just a list of the tracks from John Williams Star Wars score CD's that were used to edit together the game score. If it's helpful I'll upload a scan or something?

As far I can tell, the score is Williams' redited by a guy named Peter McConnell.
In the end, what is most helpful is a way to assign specific names to specific tracks.
If you think that would help, I don't see why not.

(Of course this is not my thread, and therefor not my call.)

Okay, this looks like which recordings were used, and not, in what combination. (Or where it fits in the game.)
Still, got to start somewhere.
Do you have the game? If so, can you identify which scenes in the game go with which tracks in the soundtrack?

you can take the links to megaupload out because megaupload doesnt exists anymore and the downloads from mediafire dont exist anymore too because it seems that mediafire deleted them
