Nekketsu Oyako (Hot Blooded Family I believe is the translation) is Tecnosoft's beat 'em up made during the mid-90s. A good title I must say but easy. First came out on the PS1, the music (done by everyone's favorite Hyakutarou Tsukumo from Tecnosoft's later years) was done in two different flavors: PS1 uses the PSX onboard sound chip(?) and on the Saturn it's live-action (redbook).
The PS1 rip was done using PSF files. I used foobar2000 and convert them to Flac using the best setting (small file sizes but long compression). The quality is amazing, but I couldn't get the file track for Ending 2 to work so this RIP is more or less incomplete. But if you don't care for Ending 2 you can download it with ease. Remember all MY RIPS will be Flac only because Flac rules anything lossy (take my word on it, I'm using $200 headphones and I can tell what's Flac and lossy).
The Saturn rip was not done by me (thus it's ogg which IMO better than MP3). The Saturn rip was nice since it's done in live action (and not by chip). The Saturn version adds a few more music tracks than the PSX version. Plus the quality here is the best I can find!
So more or less here are the links for both the PSX and Saturn rips. Remember the PSX is missing Ending 2 but that's it!
