Yes, I can't believe I actually typed all that out either. Anyway, the composer is Yutaka Minobe, but he just remixed a lot of classical tunes, such as the William Tell Overture and Habanera from Carmen. Hope this helped!

I think I can help you a bit there, too. My own knowledge combined with the help of some of my Youtube Subscribers has helped me figure out the classical pieces some of these songs are derived from:

-Intro/Credits: Ravel's "Bol�ro"
-Guardian Battle: "William Tell Overture" by Rossini.
-King Duvroc: "Habanera" from Bizet's opera "Carmen".
-King Shishkebaboo: Liszt's "La Campanella (�tude No. 3)".
-King Omelet: "Dance of the Sugarplum Fairies" from Tchaikovsky's ballet "The Nutcracker".
-King T.V. Dinnah: Each part is taken from different sections of Gershwin's "Rhapsody in Blue".
-King Long Sauvage: "Mars-the Bringer of War" from Holst's suite "The Planets".
-King Jumbo Champloon Intro: "Dvorak's Ninth Symphony"
-King Jumbo Champloon: The Infernal Gallop" from Offenbach's opera "Orpheus in the Underworld". (aka the Can-Can).
-Rat King: Mussorgskys's "Night on Bald Mountain".
-Ripe Kingdom: "La donna � mobile" from Verdi's "Rigoletto".
-Primetime Kingdom: Again, based off parts of Gershwin's "Rhapsody in Blue".
