Have just got to point of lunar cry, got spaceship etc. I need laser cannons for squalls weapon. Can I find Elastoids after Lunar cry anywhere?

Just go for Lionheart. Once the Garden becomes mobile, you can get it in disc 2.

they really aren't that hard to get in disc 1.
they are very missable though. they can only be gotten in a laguna sequence. mug from elastoids or whatever can't remember what they're called.
