AnGeLfIsH: It doesn't sound like something from Final Fantasy. If my hearing is correct, it's coming from a Capcom Arcade machine. I'm also seeing 'quiz' on the filename, and I'm not pretty how many quiz games Capcom has released. I'm thinking it could be from "Dungeon and Dragons" Quiz game. Don't count me 100% on this.
