I have it on CDR somewhere, and am willing to upload it. But SpikeRevell beat me to it.

I didn't forget; I haven't found it yet. My archive consists of about 400 DVD-Rs. Most are labeled, some are not. I've gone through about half. I'll finish sifting today, and upload the album as soon as I find it.
