So, assuming you got the PC version game, basically you need first to download (http://download845.filefront.com/j9dtbj5volog/1651349/scummrev-2012.zip) a tool called "scummrev" (guess last version is 2012). When download is completed, load from there the data file "FT.LA1" which contains the sounds in a .wav format: it is better you start searching from the bottom of the list because the upper sounds file contains voices & sfx. That's all!

I have this Scummrev too and it is good to hear that it can be applied at least to one rip. BUT - you wrote that vocal tracks aren`t real game soundtrack, so what is the difference between this OST and in-game music?

I can try to give a more detailed explanation: the "FT.LA1" file contains sound effects, speeches and music all in a separate single files. What I call "speeches" is obviously different from what you "vocal tracks" and what I call "music" is what g862378 was looking for: "music" is equal to BGM (BackGround Music) and it is the whole audio tunes you hear whilst you're playing (what you call "in-game music").
On the other hand, what you call "OST" is what g862378 called "Gone Jackals vocal tracks": "Gone Jackals vocal tracks" are songs that got put in the game.
The "FT.LA1" contains both of "music" and "Gone Jackals vocal tracks" so... stop questioning and rip what you want because there is not any official "Full Throttle" album =P!
