Okay I just said what I said to stop flaming before it started is all and I don't tolerate flaming of any sort. Right now Im going through all 4 games and making audio CDs out of them so I wouldn't go so far as to say its exactly like Cloudstrifes projects but their will be some audio quality similarities is all I'll say on this. And the rest of the opinions I'll leave to everyone else

Right now CD 1 of Snake Eater is done and the 2nd is just being encoded so I figure CD 2 & 3 of Sons of Liberty by Tuesday, MGS 3 Should go on line the same week. MGS and MGS 4 Late July Early August but thats just an Approximation cause I don't know when I'll be 100% done

089julian to answer your question I haven't played and recorded the Story Mode for either region of The Twin Snakes once I do I'll be free to fill your request. These are more like Audio Drama CDs per se

Yeah they're Drama CDs as I had said yesterday the project I'm doing is not not like the one Cloudstrife is doing in his thread. The CDs here are all audio rips from Video recordings I had done of the Story Mode for all the games.

How 'bout some NES/MSX Metal Gear goodness?

I've recorded the entire MGS Sons of liberty as a test and i included music from the game necessary between gaps, i wonder if i can upload it on your page hellrasinbrasin, I've also edited the MGS 1 and MGS 4 "drama cds" u uploaded and made the game music transition between scenes.

I'm making a digital (software) rip of MGS: Twin Snakes, it should have the cinematic music, I'm not sure though as I havent played the game.

so all you did was record gameplay to a format like WAV and split that file into like full CD lengths am i correct?


EDIT: can i ask how you recorded these? i mean is there a tool for recording the gameplay of each of these games? just curious.

What I did was I played each game and recorded the story mode onto a
DVD-R I then used a program called Xvid4PSP to make an audio File off of the DVD-R.

Sorry to bump but I'm loving the Portable Ops video/movie. It's in very good quality considering PSP resolution or maybe that's just my eyes fooling me but its great all together. Great job all together, hellrasinbrasin!

Thanks !!!!! but the videos that are going up across the next few days aren't from my DVD-Rs I just don't have the time to re-record everything so I compromised. The Video files are by DeltaForceSFODDs - DeltaForceSFODDs videos are exactly with the exception of a cutscene here n there or a codec or 2 once edited are the run time of my audio recordings.
