So, I decided to rip and upload Arc Rise Fantasia, since I want to do something nice back for the people at FFShrine :) This is my first uploaded rip, so yeah!

So... here it is!



Megaupload was being really, really mean to me, so I uploaded it to my (and a friend's) personal site, and it will be going down without a heads-up notice whenever I want, but I'll try to keep it up for at least a week or two... I'll update the OP, though, if something does happen.

Because of Megaupload blacklisting FFShrine, the link has to be disguised, so it is in the OP as a tinyurl link, it redirects to the upload.

EDIT: Oh, and Sirusjr, thanks as well :) Yeah, the Events seemed to be worthless, but I wasn't too sure at the time if there were music in any of them or not.

Thank you so much for the rip! Just wanted to make a small correction to the tags. Mitome didn't work on this one at all. Replace her with Yuki Harada. Also, the promo album suggests Yoko Shimomura composed several pieces on the soundtrack but I didn't see her name listed in the credits for the game. So for now, I think Mitsuda, Tsuchiya, and Harada should be the only ones listed. I'm not complaining though, I am extremely grateful for the rip of this amazing soundtrack!

The beginning of the game have the credits displayed, but I didn't see my friend with the game since the day I ripped the game, so I got the information from Wikipedia. Even still, I'm sure the end credits'll have more info.

Speaking of ARF, I noticed that there are two pieces of music not included in this upload; the pop song at the closing credits and the piano piece at the very coda of the game--both are obviously on the Movie Files and can't be ripped (especially since dialogue interrupts the song); so it seems that the only way for these two tracks can be heard is if a full OST is released. Will it ever happen? I'm beginning to feel that it won't, although who knows? There have been lots of games that didn't do too hot in Japan that still got full OST releases. (Tenchu 4, No More Heroes, Metroid Prime, and the recently released Fragile, to name a few.)

I've had a chance to listen through the whole rip once and I'm going through a second time right now. It's really great stuff! I'm pleasantly surprised by Mitsuda's two underlings' contributions. I'm expecting good things from those two in the future.

I'm glad you hope so, even though Mr. Mitsuda has said that there aren't plans to release a full OST right now... but who knows. (Then again, he hasn't released one to "World Destruction", which, interestingly enough, he's going to remix for the U.S. release. I wonder if we'll see one of that then?)
