However it's been difficult... Can't even find a decent spot to import it at.

Mother series albums are always hard to find and purchase, especially the Fanmade ones. I was lucky to get Mother 3+, Mother 3i, Otonoishi 1 and 2, and Saturn Go Home but I can't help you with this, sorry.
