This is a direct rip from the ps2 game. See below for details.

* This is the rip from the original ps2pal version (multi5).

* The filenames in uppercase are the original one that can be found in the disc.

* Files keeping their original(*) rate:
48000Hz for movies
44100Hz for music
*in fact originally it was 44094Hz, then they have been resampled during LAME compression to avoid problems (see LAME's commandline below)
32000Hz for MENU & SCN01

* RWS files audio have been converted to WAV using vgmstream (vgmstream test decoder r601 Mar 13 2009) with the commandline:
One loop (-i is ignore loop, NOT infile header):
-o "outfile" -i "infile"
Two loop (loop 2x is set by default)
-o "outfile" -f 0 "infile"

* PSS files (SS2 stream inside) have been demuxed and converted to WAV using MFaudio 1.1 with the commandline:
"infile" "outfile" /OTWAVU

* All the WAV resulting files have been compressed from PSS/SS2 & RWS to MP3 using LAME 3.98.2 with the commandline:
-b 32 -m j -h -p -V 0 -F -q 0 --priority 2 "infile" "outfile"
or for files originally at 44094Hz:
-b 32 -m j -h -p -V 0 -F -q 0 --priority 2 --resample 44.1 "infile" "outfile"

* During WAV step, the originaly music & movies looped files got fade in/out: 0.005/10.0 seconds.
During WAV step, the originaly music non looped files got fade in/out: 0.005/0.005 seconds.
During WAV step, the originaly movies non looped files got fade in/out: 0.005/0.035 seconds.

Fade in/out effect have been made using SoX v14.2.0 with one of the following commandline:
"infile" "outfile" -S fade h 0.005 0 10
"infile" "outfile" -S fade h 0.005 0.005
"infile" "outfile" -S fade h 0.005 0.035

* All the files have been only played once, without looping. (see 1loop in detail list)
Excepted for some files which were a bit short, then have been looped one time (see 2loop in detail list below for ?... details...)

* The track HOSDEG2.RWS appears to be void of sound (bad format for ripping tools ? no idea...)
So, in order to keep it for the historical purpose, it have been reduced from 1m36 to 1s30.

* cover is custom, from ps2pal scan as source.

* Tracks numbers are custom and simply: "1x" "representing" the CD1 from MUSIC folder, the "2x" the CD2 from MOVIES folder.
e.g. "MUSIC\SHPSP03.RWS" become "1x53 - MUSIC - SHPSP03.mp3"

* Ensure you finished the game before listening some scenes tracks, which are clearly spoilers !
This is the reason this rip come with the second CD packed into a zip file:
2x01 to 2x14 - MOVIES (CD2 - movies and spoiler tracks).zip

Man, you can find OST and game rip on this forum. Use "search"! =) Besides if you have the game on your PC, then go to the game dir - all music and ambients are there in .OGG format. Peace.

Yes I guess the best SH5 game rip (excepted the promo cd) was that ogg one, posted somewhere on this forum. Unfortunately it is not arranged at all.
