Trader's little Helper (http://tlh.easytree.org/) can convert .wav to .mp3... as for .midi... you might want to try here:

I don't know if it works, seeing as I've never needed to try before.

Another suggestion for you should you need a different midi - mp3 program.
Theirs one out their i use called "Switch sound file converter", it works for midis coz iv used it with FF stuff.
Its made by NCH i think. Hope this helps ^_^
