That's pretty much what it's called. "King of Fighters 1998 Arranged(second version). And no, it's not Ultimate 98. I've looked for days and not found anything, anything still uploaded anyway(GH's links are all busted and the one mention of it here in the forums is also a dead link and the poster's completely vanished.)

Well then, it seems like it's probably a custom made album taking the tracks from the other arranged albums and grouping them together. I guess you'd be stuck downloading all the ASTs (but still missing a couple of tracks like Blue Mary and Art of Fighting Team) This thread Thread 64263 has those ASTs. You should also check Ultimate because it reuses about 90% of the original AST stage music (the non-stage music plus a couple of stages are redone).
