*.ace is a compression format used by "WinAce" (like .zip is WinZip...)

But i wonder why do you guys always rip stuff in 320 CBR.. this is just waste of space and VBR V2 is the appropriate format nowadays.
(320 is overkill.. just go lossless or not)

Appreciated, but not only is it in a crappy compression format (apparently WinACE comes packaged with spyware), it's not even tagged.

Is it too much to ask for these to be tagged?
I don't want to seem demanding. :)

*sigh* Your leaving these tracks untagged kind of makes me feel like I've just found another version of the game rips that have been around for a while now...

And yeah, about .ace - not necessarily a crappy format, but kind of an unnecessary format considering that there's little to no difference to the compression between that and .rar for example.

Thanks anyway, I guess. I'd better get to work on those tags then... as soon as I find some scans or whatever :P

Well aren't we high and mighty at 80something posts here? I'm just putting it more bluntly than a couple of others before myself -- the message here doesn't change all that much.

Now don't get me wrong here, I am thankful - both for the CD rip and the database link - but I'm not all too happy(or too surprised) that someone would see an opportunity in the fact that it was my first post. It's not like one's existence begins with that. Perhaps though, I should humbly apologize for criticizing _anyone's_ contribution, having made none of my own.

It's seen as good adequate to have your songs tagged if you give them out.

Otherwise it's like "here you go. I could have properly tagged these so only one person would have to do it, but now 300+ must! hahahaha!"
