It's the song found during the race (ie not the heavy metal tune at the beginning) in this youtube video:

...After looking at the comments I just realized that it's a custom soundtrack, so that's why it's not on the OST I got.
Anyone know who this is? I can't make out most of the lyrics at all. Only lyrics I know of for certain is a line with 'lovers' in it and "I wanna be with you everywhere".
