It's Masashi Hamauzu (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Masashi_Hamauzu), composer of scores like Saga Frontier 2, Sigma Harmonics or co-composer of the Final Fantasy X soundtrack.

The samples sound awesome by the way, I hope the remaining soundtrack will be on the same limit (4 discs, please!! =)).
