Jecht: "Are the Trials ahead?"
Braska: "Probably."
Jecht: "Here, too, huh? Gimme a break. I was expecting, you know, parades and... fireworks!"
Braska: "You can ask for them after I defeat Sin."

So apparently, in all my times of playing Final Fantasy X, I've been doing these particular Trials the hard way. This is the one where it displays screens with Tetris-like squares and you have to match them with the titles on the floor. Well, I discovered when I was playing last night that if you examine (using "X") the screen that shows which tiles you're supposed to match, then it'll light up the floor tiles for you and all you have to do is remember which ones. And you can check it again anytime if you forget which ones you're supposed to light up. And all the times I've played before... I never knew! I just basically solved it by trial and error. LOL.

When it comes to puzzles, the only times I use faqs is when I don't understand them at all.
But the rest of the games I just play them to my heart's contempt.
