I just wanted to request some of the new songs in ACCF to be ripped, like the new KK Songs (KK House for the epic win), the city (day/night) music and likewise, music of the shops in the city, and the menu music (the one that replaces ACWW's attic theme when you boot the game up). No rush, though! :)

Second this, but most of the songs are just rehashes of Wild World. Just if anyone can rip the new KK songs and the city songs.

I'd also like to see this. The Wild World rip is okay, but I'd much rather have this.

Well, I've managed now to rip two or three tracks. It's taking a while because I want to keep the quality high (no footstep sounds/sound effects/distortions etc), which is tough; especially with city music.

When I'm done ripping the new music, I'll release the rip. The music that was in Wild World previously might be ripped later, but no guarantee at all.

I'm hoping to pick this game up tomorrow, so I'll do an ISO rip and see if the audio streams will co-operate with vgmstream.

So I ripped the disc, and the only actual audio stream appears to be the title track. Everything else is made from sequenced samples which are all stuffed into a .BRSAR archive. I can get this stuff out, but no software will play it.

i know brsar can't be ripped using that tool most of the time. It's a pity we have to find another more complicated way.

I don't know much about ripping music and whatnot, but is it possible to have a link on these forums that instantly lets me right-click and download without going into extra pages? Oftentimes download pages for me are blocked but it wouldn't be a problem if I could directly access the file by right-clicking.

Even though people can't rip the music, most of it is rehashed, anyway. There are only 5 new K.K. songs, and the CD covers all of the new places and songs (I believe). The only stuff that can't be transferred from older games' soundtracks are the airchecks on the 5 new ones, which are easily obtainable in pretty high quality. Someone just has to assemble a package.

Also, if you want to rip it I suggest you get EAC (Exact Audio Copy), it's great and simple.
Here's a step-by-step guide on how to use EAC: http://www.teqnilogik.com/tutorials/eac.shtml
Follow that, and you can't go wrong. I suggest you go for a V0 rip.

And there are even easier ways to do it (I ripped my first CDs with CDEX, and believe me there are no simpler ways to rip a CD, it's basically put the CD on, choose a preset and hit convert!)

Honestly, iTunes automatically rips music. If you pop a CD into your computer while iTunes is running, you can rip the soundtrack.
