Well, I changed my mind, and here's the thread that I'll be putting my download links when I'm done with the rip.

All right I got the raw music files now, just need to convert to mp3 from ogg and archive.

Will be uploading several packs - music, ambient, SFX, voices, etc.

Music will be uploaded late today or tomorrow. :)

It's gonna be huge - around 1 gig!

Edit: Never mind, in high 320 kb/s quality it'll probably be around 1.5 gigs...jeez. And the music is awesome, probably one of the best scores I've heard this year.

This is the credits song - a very good representation of the varied genres in this score.

You can open the iwd game files with Winrar and extract the wav-music files for yourself. A lot of stuff there!

I listened to credits music and... Is this really CoD5? I didn't play the game, but it sounds so... out of place. Too ethnic I think, too modern... and WTF with this "juno reactorish" techno part? But I'm still intrested in it. Don't know why. Prince of Persia Trilogy also had music that looked like out of place... and worked fantastic in game:). And Pietastesgood, why this rip is so big? Almost 600 megs? Is there really so much music?

It is the game rip as far as I know. That was their approach with this title, they took it a bit to a modern direction.

The juno reactorish part is gotta be my favorite moment out of al the tracks. just love that beat!!.

oggs don't mix good with window media player too, but i am fine with it.

I'm going to shoot for editing the tracks together so things are organized, but considering the sheer amount of music, plus the fact I have a lot of responsibilities going on right now, it's gonna take a looooooong while.

All right, I have listened to every piece of BGM here. I'll get to work over the weekend. I'm going to organize things into "suites", except they'll be split into separate tracks and the "suites" are basically formalities so you know where the music came from. For example, it will be like "Battle in the Subway (Berlin Suite)", except with a cooler-sounding title.

Some of the pieces probably won't make it, most likely the multiplayer and zombie tracks, and I think the "[somebody] dies" tracks won't be able to make it in just because I don't want to make a perception of CoD canon where there isn't one.

Maker sure to include hells gate guitar master in there somewhere because thats my all time favorite track.

Can I ask for a tracklist? I have downloaded Orange-C's rip, but since he uses the file name, it is hard for me to locate the songs I would like to listen to.

Kind of hard for me to do that. My rip has hundreds of files. It isn't really a rip, rather every single music file in a big rar file. I really should get around to producing a more organized rip but I haven't the time since I'm busy with my other requests and life and school as well.

All right, I'll try to upload today. In the end, I'm not going to convert the stuff, because of the sheer amount of files and also that if I convert them all the thing's probably going to be too big. Anyway, with the oggs they sound perfectly fine and the same if i converted them to mp3s. Sorry for guys who use Windows Media Player, I myself use winamp, it's an awesome player. :)
