Does anyone know if there is going to be an official OST for the game?..and if not..is anyone planning on doing a rip?..

I want it too, got the game today , amazing music,,,,,wonder why not many ppl want it lol.

I'm surprised not many people want it too, the music is really amazing. I wonder if it's even possible since some of the music is interactive. I hope even those are possible to rip cuz those are my favorite tracks from it. Hope somebody eventually gets on it!

I prefer all of the orchestrated music in it, some of the licenscend type tracks are alright.

If anyone doing rip make sure the game is ddynamic and changes track, specially in minecart level, once there is crescendo in guitaring it only lasts for your mine ride, however if you miss the ride and keep standing , it keeps on playing and quite long awesome piece.

The tutorial level tracks are too damn cool too.

BTW can i unlock tuitaorial level musictracks in creation mode to tweak?

I just finished recording some of the songs from LBP. Here's my incomplete rip so far. NOTE: I recorded these in stage creator, and unfortunately, there is some ambient noise in this mode (even if you have no objects around), so bear with me while I try to get some of this sorted out. I don't know if I'll ever get around to recording everything, but here's what I have so far.

By the way, for the interactive songs, FULL means that I turned all the sliders to full, and CB MIX means that I varied the sliders.

This is a good rip can't wait for the others.

hey man your rips are good, i want tutorial levels ones( there are two variations, i dont know if there are more) and the canyons ones, you are missing tracks form southamerican and african levels.

And one track which has kickass saxophone in it, dont rmemebr , play it again today and get back to you.

By the way you can pause the game and record it or just keep standing find safe spot without any one making sfx.

As much as I love you for this, these aren't that great quality, do you have any better quality files?

I'll have to try another method when I get the time. I recorded it from PS3 > HDMI Cable > TV > Headphones Out > Audio Interface > Laptop > Recording Software. Normally I would go from PS3 > Composite Cable > Audio Interface > Laptop, but my Composites are messed up and buzz. I thought it'd be OK going through the TV this time, but I was wrong. Not to mention that I used a different tv for some of the recordings!

I've been meaning to get back to this and other projects, but I've been so busy lately. Hopefully I can get some new cables or something and try to get better recordings for everyone.
