Sorry if it's a dumb question, but I was looking to buy a few on play-asia, and just want to make sure... They'll play on US CD players, right?

Yes. Music on CDs - CDs generally - are not region-locked at all.

Yeah I have gotten cd's from play asia before and they work just peachy
