Did you like this movie? Me personally I loved this movie, but it seems like alot of people don't like it, well what are your opinoins about this?

well the first time I saw it in the theater I thought it was really good then the second time I took some friends but then I realised it wasn't the best but it was still pretty good

Crap. It was awful. Oh my gosh it was bad. **Shiver** Didn't Square pull out of the movie industry because the movie did so bad? Yay for them. What a let down that was. It didn't even have a good enough story 2 b a video game. What a scar on the Final Fantasy name. Ooh boy. The only good thing was the graphics. The rest was gay. Gayer than gay.

I thought it had a good story line and the character's were great to, the certain scenes even looked like they had real people in them, I think that it would actually make a pretty good game.

It was OK I suppose, but there was something missing.
I was pretty dissapointed, that such a successful game company like Square would make this. I would lke to see Square have another bash at the movie world again, but involve stuff like Magic, Summons, Nice great awesome weapons like Gunblades.

Stuff like that, if you see what I mean?

A really kick ass movie would be Final Fantasy VII the movie now that would kick some ass. If Square would consider making anther movie that's what they should do.

Square can't consider making another movie... Square Pictures no longer exists. *bawls* That's actually too bad, they had a LOT going for them...

I agree that is was basically nothing like the games. But it was, in its own right, a good first try at a movie. I kinda think that if it had been titled anything other than Final Fantasy, it actually might have done better. That movie was a labor of love for much of the Square USA team.

That being said... I LOVED THE MOVIE! And I still do. Always will. And no one can convince me otherwise. :D

It was an alright movie, They could have made it more Final Fantasy though, but as for the movie, the looks are great.. the story is fine and overall its ok. It just isn't Final Fantasy.

Final Fantasy:the Spirits within shouldn't ever be called a Final fantasy it doesn't deserve the name, that movie sucked, BUT the graphics where really good!:alien:

I've seen better, but it was good. It would have made one sick FPS/RPG hybrid. If only Square Pictures hadn't dissolved...

I thought it was pretty good. I made myself sit down and watch it twice in the same day just to make sure I was understanding the movie right. I think it could have been better though. It had a good storyline and good graphics. I think I'd give it an 8 on a 1-10 scale.

I think they need to make a Final Fantasy Movie based on one of the games themselves. They would attract a much bigger crowd if they did it, and probably more people would like the movie.

That movie was great. Kewl effects, kewl story but the hype was impossibly high for any movie to live up to.

Heck, i thought it was good. Just pretend its not called Final Fantasy and it's a great movie.

I loved it the stroy was really good (like any other FF game). And the whole thing just looked good. I really loved that dream thing of (can't remember her name).

I liked every second of the movie, the best parts were when she was dreaming(about being on that planet and being in the middle of a war) well I'm not going to name all of my favorite scenes in the movie because I might as well write the entire movie out:D

i loved FF the movie, i thought it was just great...i loved its storyline..i just wish they had more than 2 hours to explain everyhting. which i thought that was the problem :-/

I hope it's good because I bought it the other day just because it was on a mager sale and I just coulden't pass it buy. I haven't even watched it yet:uh?: . I think I'll like it though.

Whoa, I think I'm seeing double! (look at the bottom of the first page to see what I mean) Anyways, I loved the movie. Aki Ross was a great main character. And it was a girl too. ^_^ I'll agree it didn't have to do with any of the Final Fantasy's. It didn't even have a chocobo ;_; But it was a movie, not a video game like all the others. People who aren't familiar with Final Fantasy probably wouldn't understand what chocobos are anyway. The story was hard to understand. When I saw it with my (ex-)b/f, he actually figured out the whole thing before I did. I bought the movie too, so I watched it a few more times and got to understand it better. Overall, it was a great movie and I hope you like it too, RedRaven :D

Geeze, where to start...this movie did so bad...even the graphics didn't make up for it...I'm glad Square lost much on this. Teaches them a lesson. A lesson that should have been learned loonngg before the movie was made....they should have known FF fans everywhere would have been dissapointed. I cringe to even call it Final Fantasy. More like some kind of 2 dollar Sci-Fi movie. Geeze, this movie was so poor...and what the hell kind of ending was that?! Really, who didn't see that coming? I respect those of you who like it, but I myself cannot enjoy this...so called movie...ugghh.

I'm sure they could of done better, than maybe it wouldn't have been a loss... i chose it was ok.. not exactly my choice of words.. If they ever make another movie {probably not..}, they should consider the story THAN the graphics..!

I saw it with my Mom and didn't think it was quite as bad as she thought it was, but didn't think it was that great either. Like some have already said, the best thing was the graphics. I feel they could have thrown some of the avid fans a bone or something, like maybe a chocobo, or a Cid? I think the main problem is that with the games you actually play the games and get involved with the characters, whereas with this you just sort of watch.

As a Final Fantasy movie, it sucked. But as a general movie for big screen, I liked it alot.

yeh itot it was prutty kool the effects n thing were mazin n the story was not bad,still think ff7 would rully as film!:D
