Recently ported over to the DS, "Rhapsody: A Musical Adventure" was first released in the US on the PS1 around 2000.
Along with the JPN soundtrack, the USA PS1 version included a CD which included ENG versions of most (if not all) of the musical numbers.
Sadly, the DS version doesn't feat. the ENG songs.
If anyone has a working torrent or a complete ZIP of the JPN/ENG (or both!) soundtrack, please drop a line.
