Pharos Subterra?

Wait is that room techically part of the Subterra? It's the one where you go if you use the teleport crystals in the wrong order.

Stillshrine of Miriam? The Negalmuur trick?

he means the part where you can get the huge chain of zombies (i assume) so i think that was called the Nebreus Deadlands or something

calum, you combined two names. you did the necrohol of nabudis, which is where chaos (i think that's his name) is and where you find the zodiak spear.

nebreus deadlands is the marsh-like area.

It's not really that much of a mixup since that Nabudis/Nabreaus/Nabradia are all acceptable names for that region if you look at the world map. Nabudis is the city, but it's all the same thing really, but I think anyone would know by default what he meant depending on whether he said "necrohol" or "deadlands".

The Nabreaus Deadlands are where there are a ton of skeletons to chain (in that area that isn't connected by the map). And in the Necrohol of Nabudis there are the Baknamy. I think that he is talking about either the Negalmuur trick in the Stilshrine of Miriam or at the beginning of the game, when you escape the prison and are going through the area with the mimics...if you let the lights go out there, zombies will start to appear and they are really good for leveling up.

Ionic Warrior:

Are you going to actually let people know if we answered your question? Because if you have already heard the answer, this thread really doesn't need to be alive anymore?

I think he might be talking about one of the mines (been so long since I've played the actual game). I remember, I think it was the Lhusu mines, that there would be skeletons that very commonly appear in one stretch by a save point. I did a lot of leveling up from like 20-30, or something. Granted, they're not technically zombies per se, but I thought I would mention it as a thought.

Come to think of it, there are a lot of areas with the undead in this game.

Skeleton Grinding: Lhusu Mines, Golmore Jungle, and Nebreus Deadlands.

Zombie Grinding: Stillshrine of Miriam (after you defeat the Esper Zeromus)

The Zombie-grinding at SoM is better for gaining large sums of money later in the game; skeletons will give you more exp.

terabyte, I believe the zombies you mention (in Zeromus' chamber, yes?) are skeletons - Dark Lords, or something similar.

There's three places i can think of.

The bridge in the Lhusu Mines,
Golmore Jungle,
and the Zertinan Caverns (the place where you verse Addramalech).

I wouldn't class the Zertinan Caverns as 'where you can grind really easily' - those Shambling Corpses give lousy EXP (148 per kill for a party of 3).
